The Girl Scout Council of the Catawba Valley Area is part of the preeminent organization for girls. Through educational programming, girls learn critical life skills that help them grow to become responsible adults.

The Girl Scout Council of the Catawba Valley Area serves more than 4,800 girls and 1,700 adults of all ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds, and abilities in seven counties — Alexander, Ashe, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Iredell, and Watauga.
