Provides leadership and direction to the entire corporate planning process including financial management, personnel administration and community relations. Ensures that all elements are addressed and integrated; provides support and expertise to the board; leads and manages tactical planning; manages all operational needs of the council.

Senior Vice President of Membership Services

Assists the CEO/President and in her absence, completes any duties assigned; membership responsibilities such as recruitment and retention; adult training and recognitions; supervises Directors of Membership Development and Outeach; directs Family Partnership Campaign; seeks monetary support through grants. Manages adult training in the areas of basic leadership, outdoor training, adult enrichment and Silver and Gold project advisor.

Vice President of Program Services and Property and Camp Director
