Board Action

At the January 15, 2008 meeting of the Girl Scout Council of the Catawba Valley Area Board of Directors, the following actions were taken:

Approval of previous board minutes.
Approval of treasurer's report.
Approval of end of year review report.
Approval of adult recognition nominees.
Approval to change the date to bank Cookie Dough for destinations from October 15 to December 15.
Approval of the standing rules agreement for the CRC.

The next Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 5:30 p.m.
