Jo Sitton
Member-At-Large
Jo Sitton was elected to the position of Member-at-Large in March 2005. She has held various positions in Girl Scouting including Troop Leader, Cookie Chair and Fall Fundraiser Chair.
An adult volunteer, Jo believes in the empower girls through the Girl Scout organization. “All girls should have the opportunity to be exposed to Girl Scouting.”
Jo formerly served as president of the Grace Hospital Guild, chairperson for the Blue Ridge Healthcare Foundation and chairperson of Morganton Public Housing and board member of Options. She also volunteers at Walter Johnson Middle School and is a member of First Baptist Church. Jo is also active in local politics and has been a delegate to two national conventions.
