Donna Adams
Vice chair of fund development

Donna Adams was elected to the position of Vice Chair of Fund Development in April 2007. She was first elected to the GSCCVA Board of Directors in 1991, when she served as End of the Year Review Chair, Treasurer and Vice President of Finance.

From her Brownie Girl Scout days, Donna has become an accomplished professional and an important resource in community service. “I firmly believe that Girl Scouting develops girls into leaders. As a former Girl Scout, I attribute many of my professional talents to the skills I gained because of my membership in Girl Scouts.”

Donna is a graduate of Meredith College and partner in the commercial real estate firm Adams Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC in Hickory. Active in the community, Donna was former president of the Hickory Junior Woman’s Club and PTA president of Oakwood Elementary School. Currently, she serves as board member at Hickory Christian Academy and Investment Chair for the Service League of Hickory. In addition, she is involved in programs at First Baptist Church of Hickory.
