Chip Norwood
Member-At-Large

Charles “Chip” Norwood was elected to the position of Member-at-Large in March 2005. He was first elected to the GSCCVA Board of Directors in 2003. A registered Do-Dad, Chip is active with his daughters’ Girl Scout troops.

Chip graduated from Rockingham Community College. He is the owner of Norwood Commercial Appliances. Chip is currently a member of the Avery County Rotary and an EMT for the Watauga County Rescue Squad.
